As the Manager of the Specialized Training and Disability Resource Centre at The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon, she has led initiatives that promote accessibility, inclusion, and equality across numerous sectors.

With over two decades of dedicated service, Manique has emerged as a leading expert in disability rights. She is celebrated for pioneering information technology solutions that empower individuals with disabilities. Her contributions have earned her prestigious recognition, including nine national and three international awards, honouring her transformative impact on the disability community.
